Griffiths, Dale launch consulting firm Connecting for Results

Gordon Griffiths and Bob Dale have launched Connecting for Results, a consulting firm that focuses on mergers and acquisitions, management strategies, and executive recruiting.

“Connecting for Results is uniquely positioned to bring buyers and sellers together and execute transactions that maximize results for all parties. Leveraging their in-depth and extensive industry knowledge with a time-tested methodology, company experts will develop and implement winning strategies for both sellers and buyers,” according to a statement from the new company. “The graphic arts industry is experiencing a transition period where many owners are seeking exit strategies, while other companies are looking to expand their revenue base by entering new markets.”

The company’s services extend from the initial preparation of a business, introductions, throughout the negotiation process, to the post-sale transition phase.

“The printing landscape is constantly evolving and I, along with my partners, bring a wealth of experience to help graphic arts companies navigate this shifting environment,” said Griffiths, Co-founder and President of the new entity. He has held a number of executive positions at notable firms in the North American graphic arts industry, including President of Quebecor World Media, President of Ronald’s Printing, and President and COO of Cenveo Commercial Group (Mailwell).

“Over the course of my career, I have bought and sold many businesses, and I know what sellers and buyers are seeking. My partners and I also have extensive contacts throughout Canada and the U.S., giving us access to many potential buyers and sellers,” he said.

Bob Dale was an international manager of print and security products at one of Canada’s largest financial institutions. Previously he owned Pilot Graphic Management Services Inc., which specialized in management consulting and transition management and execution. During this time, he was also a part-time faculty member of Ryerson University.
