SwissQprint wins multiple EDP awards

Nyala, the top performing member of the fourth generation of SwissQprint flatbed printers, is a winner at the EDP Awards. Another award went to the neon inks for UV printing that was launched by SwissQprint in 2021.

The EDP Awards jury singled out new developments from SwissQprint for honours in two different categories. Their awards pay tribute to the Swiss manufacturer’s innovative strength across multiple disciplines.

The Nyala 4 won an award in the “Best flatbed/hybrid printer < 250 sqm/h” category. The jury said, “The fourth-generation Nyala builds on the existing foundation while offering some serious improvements … The SwissQprint Nyala’s environmentally friendly values are another reason why it can be considered a benchmark in large-format printing.”

Neon inks for UV printing are exclusively available from SwissQprint at present, as the jury noted in its verdict for the “Consumables/UV inks” category: “The first fluorescent UV-curable inks for inkjet digital printing … as well as introducing glow into advertising technology, they also deliver clear added value.”
