Scott Schinlever has returned to Electronics for Imaging, Inc. (EFI) in a new role as chief operating officer for EFI’s global inkjet business, effective June 22, 2020. In this role, Schinlever will be responsible for further expanding EFI’s industrial inkjet portfolio, as well as all equipment, ink and service solutions related to EFI’s portfolio in display graphics, textiles, packaging and building materials.
Schinlever returns to EFI after serving as president and COO of automation solutions for Gerber Technology since 2018, and has years of experience managing the marketing, growth and development of EFI Vutek printers and other technologies.
“Scott has an innate understanding of and expertise in the portfolio and solution set that will enable our customers to excel as the industry quickly migrates to industrial inkjet,” said Jeff Jacobson, EFI chairman and CEO. “We are confident he will lead our global industrial inkjet operations to the next level in his new Inkjet COO role.”
Schinlever has an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in managerial economics from the University of California, Davis. He will be based out of EFI’s Londonderry, N.H. facility.
