TI Group’s ownership and leadership team have announced plans to reorganize the company to help mitigate the challenges that it faced during the pandemic.
Renee Walsh has been promoted to president of the Commercial Print Group. In this role, Renee will lead this group’s sales and operations, as well as the Creative and Photo Studios. Renee has been with the company since 2016 and has led its sales and business development efforts, as well as supported its sales reps in growing the business.
Peter Spring has been named president of the Retail Business Group. In this role, Peter will lead this group, which includes sales, operations, merchandising, campaign management and customer interface technology initiatives. Peter has been with the company since 1999, and has helped grow its retail and merchandising products and services.
The company is also launching the TI Response Group – Wicksteed Operation, which will be jointly managed by Peter and Renee. This group is a marketing support business to “provide turnkey solutions for clients in offering third-party fulfillment, kitting and packing and postal services.”
Renee and Peter will be meeting with their departments to outline the details of the organizational structure for each business segment, and communicate their initiatives to the company’s managers, supervisors and employees. Renee and Peter will report to the company’s Ownership.
“The realignment of our business under their leadership is a critical element of our business strategy that will place focus and ultimately drive results that will position TI Group for a collective, sustainable future,” said the company, in a statement.
Effective immediately, Michael Corbett is no longer at TI Group. “We want to sincerely thank Michael for his many efforts and contributions, and wish him success with his future opportunities,” said the company.
