Two DuPont technical consultants certified as G7 experts

Cori Devlin and Brad Gasque, technical consultants at DuPont Image Solutions, have been certified as G7 experts through training provided by Idealliance. G7 is a methodology from the association for printing neutral grays, which result in a shared visual appearance for prints using any print method.

“Investing in the G7 certification reinforces the value that DuPont has to offer excellence and best in class technical support to our customers and how we are committed to raise the bar in the printing industry by bringing this knowledge to support customer’s processes and improve the productivity and quality of their packaging print,” said Shyamal Desai, technical marketing manager of DuPont Image Solutions.

The main goal of this training and certification is to achieve cost-effective, reproduceable colour on any substrate, and have dynamic workflows worldwide.

The G7 methodology is used to ensure a similar appearance across a number of devices; to consistently hit desired colour targets; align all processes, substrates and inks and is a global specification for targeting gray balance.
