Xeikon names Harry Vinson as strategic accounts manager
November 2, 2021 By PrintAction Staff
Xeikon America appoints industry veteran Harry Vinson as strategic accounts manager for the northeastern United States. Having previously served as a senior officer at some of the nation’s largest print providers, Vinson brings Xeikon an abundance of experience in the graphic arts industry.
“Print providers need more from their equipment vendors,” said Mark Pomerantz, director, Graphic Arts Sales, Xeikon America. “A consultative sales approach assures not only that our customers get the most appropriate digital presses for their needs, but also expert advice on how to best implement them into their workflow and, ultimately, increase their profitability. Harry is uniquely experienced and qualified to provide these deliverables as part of Xeikon’s strategy to differentiate our value with C-Level executives and strategic print service providers”
Vinson has served in senior management roles at some of the printing industry’s largest companies in both the vendor and print provider categories. He was most recently executive vice-president of Komori, and also served as president of the Commercial Print, Global Packaging/Labels and Envelope divisions at Cenveo. Earlier in his career, he served in senior management roles at Moore Wallace North America and Quebecor World.
He also has contributed on an ad hoc basis at Soundcore Capital Partners, a private equity firm, providing advice on the valuation and acquisition strategies of manufacturing-based companies.
“We are excited to welcome Harry to Xeikon and look forward to working with him as part of the Xeikon team in North America,” added Pomerantz.
