Wellington Printworks Installs :Acento

Founded 1989, Wellington Printworks, based in Etobicoke and primarily serving the Greater Toronto Area, has installed a new Agfa :Acento CTP device, which will run Agfa’s environmentally progressive :Azura TS plates.

The installation places Wellington Printworks into Agfa’s GreenWorks program, which it developed to help printing companies – running :Azura TS, :Amigo and :Energy Elite plates – transition into a more environmentally responsible operation. To date, Agfa has recognized 130 printers in Canada and the U.S. for their green printing efforts.

In addition to sheetfed-offset production, Wellington Printworks provides small-format toner-based output, graphic design services and collating, saddle stitching, and Wire-O binding.
