Peczuh Printing to install new Heidelberg diecutter and folder

Peczuh Printing, with three production facilities throughout Utah, is one of the largest printers in the state. To better serve the dynamic needs of its customer base, Peczuh is set to install a new Promatrix 106 CS diecutter and Stahlfolder KH 82 from Heidelberg in the coming months.

While traditionally a commercial printer, Peczuh has seen an increased need for packaging, labels, and inserts amongst its customers, especially in its pharmaceutical and nutraceutical business. The Promatrix 106 CS is the company’s first Heidelberg diecutter.

“We’re going to be able to take on more packaging jobs without needing to outsource,” said Frank Peczuh, owner of Peczuh Printing. “That means faster turnaround times and higher quality for our customers.”

In addition to expanding the packaging side of its business, Peczuh also needed a better finishing solution for its commercial applications, so it has purchased the Stahlfolder KH 82.

“With the current shortage of skilled labour, this user-friendly technology will help us with our production,” said Peczuh. “The KH 82 means we can run faster and more reliably and with less labour.”
