Central National Gottesman’s (CNG’s) Spicers Canada division will acquire TG Graphics, a Canadian distributor of solutions for the sign industry specifically designed for print, dye sublimation, and engraving applications.
Founded in 1981, TG Graphics is headquartered in St. Laurent, Que., with additional facilities in Burlington, Ont., Saskatoon, Sask., and Calgary, Alta. The company provides solutions, service, and support for related businesses including the sale of printing and finishing equipment, media, substrates, and inks.
“Our North American Distribution business is committed to the ongoing diversification of its product and service offerings to reflect the needs of customers and suppliers within our industry,” said Andrew Wallach, CNG President and CEO. “This acquisition strengthens that commitment, and we couldn’t be happier to welcome the entire TG Graphics team to the CNG family.”
TG Graphics is known for its qualified team of customer service and technical service experts, as well as its local engagement within the regions it serves.
