Solimar and Riso partner to provide customers with workflow processes for digital inkjet printing

Solimar Systems, Inc., a provider of workflow solutions for print production and digital communications, is partnering with Riso Inc., specialists in paper-based communication technologies. The collaboration provides printers in the transactional industry with a streamlined path to onboard new print technology, while optimizing and automating workflow processes using Riso products.

Margaret Curry, senior manager, major accounts at RISO, said, “The versatility of Solimar workflow solutions and easy integration with existing processes and technologies allows us to offer customers the best individual solution or solutions to fit their needs, maximize output and increase their production efficiencies. The partnership will deliver new and existing Riso customers with improved customer experience from first contact through to the purchasing or upgrade experience and post-sales support. Riso is an authorized reseller in North America of the modular Solimar Chemistry platform that provides automation, optimization and workflow solutions.

Riso inkjet printers continuously produce cold, flat, and dry output at up to 320 images-per-minute, and are suitable for transactional print and mail applications.
