Connecting for Results (CFR) engages industry expert Drew McLaren as business development specialist.
The addition of this new expert enables CFR to expand its offerings to clients across North America.
McLaren has over 30 years of experience in print. As a business owner, he managed his family-run print operation of 55 employees. Prior to entering the print industry, McLaren spent 10 years working with premium packaged goods companies, grounding his expertise in marketing, brand strategy, and management.
Throughout his career, McLaren has assisted business owners in industry peer groups and family business associations. His deep understanding of the specific challenges faced by business owners enables him to provide counsel in the areas of shareholder and management transitions. Key elements of his leadership skills include corporate governance and structured succession planning. A strategic thinker with a strong analytical sense, McLaren’s experience as a company owner brings a pragmatic approach to problem solving while bringing unconventional ideas to the table.
