Cober is significantly expanding its headquarters in Kitchener, Ont.

The additional square footage will support our current growth and allow for us to continue to scale into the future both in the manufacturing and warehousing markets. Their current facility is approximately 80,000 sf. Made up of approximately 10,000 sf of office space and about 70,000 sf of industrial space. The plan for their expansion is to add an additional 120,000 sf, which will be made up of approximately 10,000 sf of additional office space and 110,000 sf of industrial space, bringing the total square footage to approximately 200,000. They are hopeful that by the summer of 2024, this 150 per cent increase in space will be ready for use.
