Tower Products, a manufacturer of pressroom chemicals, has been acquired by a group of private investors and will be headed by Rachel McGrath, a seasoned business leader. The company will continue to operate independently as Tower Products with the same team.
The new CEO, Rachel McGrath, joins the company after working for years in the petrochemical industry at Chevron and Innosight. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in mechanical engineering from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Her focus going forward will be on growing and developing the business.
The business’ headquarters will remain in its current facility in Easton, Pa. Former owner Richard Principato will remain as the COO.
“The team has embraced the prospects for continued growth building on Rick’s leadership. We are all excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to further developing our relationships with customers,” said McGrath.
