Imperial Dade Canada adds scale in Quebec with two acquisitions

Imperial Dade acquires Ralik and and Eugene Allard Produits d’Emballage et d’Entretien, a division of the Eugene Allard family of companies.

Founded in 1997, Ralik has a 26-year operating history as a distributor of paper goods, packaging materials, and other safety and janitorial products.
