Technorol acquires Grimco Canada’s offset division

Quebec-based Technorol acquires the offset division of Grimco Canada, formerly Cobalt Graphic and Ernest Green.

Technorol manufactures rubber rollers, converts printing and varnishing blankets, and distributes chemicals and consumables for the graphic arts industry throughout Canada.
