Rayacom Group acquires Horseshoe Press

Rayacom Group, a Western Canadian commercial printing provider, acquires Horseshoe Press & 3S Printers, an industrial printing company in British Columbia.

The acquisition adds innovative printing equipment, such as Konica Minolta’s Flagship MGI, Speedmaster XL 105 six and a 102 10-colour, Muller 8 pocket, wide format 44, folders, diecutters, gluers, and digital presses, to Rayacom’s toolkit.

The merger also increases Rayacom’s capacity. The company will continue to operate in all its 13 locations, with over 110 employees and more than 150,000 sf of printing/retail workspace.
