Zel Human Capital joins Connecting for Results

Connecting for Results (CFR) enters into a partnership with Zel Human Capital, a global executive search firm with a strong presence in the United States. Managing partner Alan Zel will work closely with CFR’s head of recruiting/people development, Gord Griffiths, to help serve the U.S. market.

ZHC will help CFR’s clients by providing an array of human capital services across all industries and functional areas, replacing the need for multiple vendors. In addition to full executive search, the firm also offers talent assessment, recruitment coaching, independent market research and recruiting training and development. Through a relationship with sister company Aikinu, ZHC also provides contract recruitment services when interim roles are required and/or clients are looking for short to medium term solutions.
